Penalty given as defender handles ball while high-fiving keeper

Is this the weirdest reason for a penalty ever?

A spot-kick was awarded in the Saudi Pro League when Al Fateh defender Fahad Al Harbi thought it was a good idea to high-five his goalkeeper in the penalty area.

But, instead of finding his team-mate’s hand, Al Harbi touched the ball and the referee gave a penalty.
